Mélanges d'espresso :
Espresso is the process of using nearly boiling water at high pressure coupled with finely ground beans to make a small concentrated shot. Any kind of coffee beans may be used in an espresso machine, but the best beans for espresso tend to be dark roasted. Our espresso beans are roasted as per Italian methods. It’s a longer roast, which therefore brings out a better and markedly stronger flavour.

Mélanges Americano:
An Americano is prepared by diluting an espresso with hot water. Our Americanos have been conceived to be brewed perfectly in both commercial and residential machines, whether in a French press or a pot coffee.
